I just bought a place in da HOOD

I’ve been looking for a condo FOREVER and all I’ve seen is junk, junk and more junk. So I’ve decided to look in the BAAAAAD part of the city. If you knew what city I’m in and if you knew what part this is, you would know that I’m not full of shit, this is the worst part of the entire area. Fox news spends 15 minutes every night on murders and other pleasant things in this part of town. I am NOT KIDDING.

But, listen to this, here’s what you get for your money if you don’t mind a stray bullet now and then:

- Brand new brownstone
- Bose sound system in every room INCLUDING the bathroom (fuck yeah!)
- Stainless steel appliances including a sub-zero fridge and a thermador stove and a bosch dishwasher
- ubatuba granite counters (dunno what the fuck that is but it looks good)
- Italian travertine marble bath with oversized Jacuzzi
- central air and gas heat
- alarm system
- huge deck
- all hardwood floors

I had NO IDEA that you can get all of this in da hood. There’s no way in HELL I would be able to afford that in the "nicer" parts of the city. NO WAY. And I’m a city boy, I know what to do and not to do.

Fuck yeah! Damn I'm in a good mood!

That sounds really put together, Im sure a single guy who knows how to take care of himself would be just fine. How secure is the entrance and your doors and windows, and does the city allow you to own or carry a firearm?
