made a fantastic salsa verde today. blending, broiling, chopping - if I wasn't me, I would fuck me. served with wheat ciabatta bread. came out REALLY spicy and hot, but still very tasty. a little watery too, so I will have to adjust next time.

broiled the tomatillos and chile. then put all all in a blender. it was good. check that - it was better than good. It was delish
