I have five months to loose 25 lbs. Im at 230lbs right now. My diet is very clean. chicken breast with brown rice and some vegtables twice a day. protein shakes up to 50g twice a day. Oatmeal in the mornings. I also eat chicken breast sandwiches with 100% wheat bread,tomatoes.lettuce, and fat free mayo. I eat at least 6 times a day. I hit they gym hard 6 days a week, with 1hr of cardio a day. My cycle is basic tren 37.5 mg/ed with winny 50mg/ed. I did this cycle twice before and had major success. Is it possible to loose the weight of this cycle because tren put weight on me the last time. This is the reason i will be strick on my diet.
