I have five months to loose 25 lbs. Im at 230lbs right now. My diet is very clean. chicken breast with brown rice and some vegtables twice a day. protein shakes up to 50g twice a day. Oatmeal in the mornings. I also eat chicken breast sandwiches with 100% wheat bread,tomatoes.lettuce, and fat free mayo. I eat at least 6 times a day. I hit they gym hard 6 days a week, with 1hr of cardio a day. My cycle is basic tren 37.5 mg/ed with winny 50mg/ed. I did this cycle twice before and had major success. Is it possible to loose the weight of this cycle because tren put weight on me the last time. This is the reason i will be strick on my diet.
 
i think there should be test in that cycle despite your previous success without it.

steroids are designed to build muscle, hence the weight gain last time.

5 months is plenty of time to lose 25 lbs. "naturally". if u r worried about muscle loss keep the protein high and u could run a very low dose of test. perhaps add a fat burning agent. But u will also need to consume less calories than u need. Just doing a quick calculation in my head of what your are eating I bet u r over your needs. based on your bodyweight alone (bf% would help) I bet u should be in the low 3000 range (possibly 2500) as a starting point to lose the weight.

u should post up your diet in the diet forum for some help.

I pretty much agree with you.what i find in my clients and bodybuilders i talk to in general is they spout out this perfect diet but in fact they are slipping in alot of "unwanted" foods.if you have ever been on a contest diet for 16 weeks it is virtually impossible to NEVER cheat.even with a handfull of cherios(my trick for cravings).post your exact diet and we will be able to give you the right help.just eating clean alone you will drop the lbs.

agreed. . .and getting lean while maintaining muscle mass is all about diet and cardio. . .increase your protein intake to 300 g's ed, increase your fat intake, decrease your carb intake, increase your cardio. . .you have time. . .play around with the carb/fat ratio of your diet. . .but don't fuck around with the other stuff, they're mandatory. . .

eat clean and you will lobe the results winny wont work so good if you got a high % bf

keep cardio up and train hard you will be very impressed with the gains
