going to add in halo about week six or seven. Cycle will last twelve weeks with moderate calories. Protein around 300 gms a day, carbs about 50-100 gms a day and fats around 50gms or less. (that is only 3 tablespoons of flaxseed oil a day)
Lots of cardio and lots of weights for sculpting as opposed to building. gonna try and chisel up a bit.
