I have made a resolution.

I resolve not to j/o until Sunday night. After god knows how long of averaging at least once a day I will hold out for 5 more days. I have already held out for 2.

That is all and I will be updating.

Oh of course getting laid doesn't count. I am talking about self-stimulation only.

I do that every once in a while too.. past 4 or 5 days gets pretty tough.. and then when you finally do get some or take care of yoursself... have someting ready to clean up with.

I am in the midst of post-cycle let-down, and can't even imagine having the urge to j/o. That being said, two weeks ago when I was saturated with EQ/Test I was doing the g/f several times per day and STILL j/o at least once per.

that is def. one of the hardest things I ever do, when I try to keep from doing that for a few days. Especially now with test, I am like an animal(2 times a day+).

Well I have avatars turned off so that should help. Now I just have to resist the urge to look at porn (sometimes I look at porn with no intention of j/o ing and end up doing it anyway--who am I fooling?)

The hard part starts tonight. Wish me luck.
