Schwarzenegger urging a crackdown on steroids

COLUMBUS, Ohio - California Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger said yesterday that he has urged bodybuilding officials to crack down on steroid use and suggested calling a summit of the sport's leaders to discuss the problem.

Schwarzenegger, who admits using steroids on the way to seven Mr. Olympia titles, also said he would put pressure on two bodybuilding magazines for which he is the executive editor to become involved in the effort.

"We have to step up the testing procedures, and find other ways, and be more aggressive with it," Schwarzenegger said at the Arnold Classic, the annual bodybuilding contest that bears his name.



I guess even Arnold has to bow down and suck King George's dick for his chance to be President.

I think arnold's article was really misiinterpreted, of course he's not going to stand up for steroids it would destroy his career as a polititian and hurt his political party. All of us know that steroids are safe and effective when taken properly. Unfortunatly beacause of how the media had made them out to be the cause of suicide , satanism and cancer, despite recent studies showing they are very safe he has no choice but to say these things to the media. It doesn't mean he's going to do it, and it certainly doesn't mean he beleives in what he stated. He may lie his ass off become president once laws are changed for immigrants to become president and then push for legalization of steroids. You'll just have to support him even though he's a handjob *republican* and see what unfolds. Remember guys politicians are professional liars.
