I Have Discovered Something Better Than Flax Oil For A Fraction Of The Price.

:D I switched from flax oil to a brand called "NOW" product name is Omega 3-6-9 comes in 16oz for $8.50 tastes way better and cheaper its all organic contains flax, soy, borage and wheat germ.I like it just drink the shit straight.:fro:

When are you gonna learn that buying gel caps is the most expensive way to get your oils. By them in a pure liquid form! You get your moneys worth this way.

I have started using olive oil. Cheaper and better for you than flax. Olive oil is high in monounsaturates, where flax is high in polyunsaturates. Monounsaturates are more beneficial to you for many reasons.

I actually fill a shot glass up with 1/2 Olive oil, and 1/2 Flax oil, every day. I shoot it right before taking my protein shakes post workout.

For good fats, I drink Fish Oil straight with a chaser and occasionally eat salmon (love it but it's expensive). For Omega-3's Health for the Sun's bottled Fish Oil is great for the money and doesn't taste bad with a chaser like cold water with a squirt of lime. Other good fats I like are Natural PB and Light Olive Oil. Extra Virgin is too overpowering for mine and a lot of friends' tastes, but Light Olive Oil goes well on many things and I find it to be a good replacement for butter on pumpernickel toast and protein powder pancakes, among other things. When I make something that must include butter/margarine, I like Smart Balance. Good fat profile. Other than that, I get small amounts of saturated fat in a lot of stuff, probably most from eggs and lean beef.
