For good fats, I drink Fish Oil straight with a chaser and occasionally eat salmon (love it but it's expensive). For Omega-3's Health for the Sun's bottled Fish Oil is great for the money and doesn't taste bad with a chaser like cold water with a squirt of lime. Other good fats I like are Natural PB and Light Olive Oil. Extra Virgin is too overpowering for mine and a lot of friends' tastes, but Light Olive Oil goes well on many things and I find it to be a good replacement for butter on pumpernickel toast and protein powder pancakes, among other things. When I make something that must include butter/margarine, I like Smart Balance. Good fat profile. Other than that, I get small amounts of saturated fat in a lot of stuff, probably most from eggs and lean beef.
