I have deca Gyno!

Im two weeks into my cycle of sust 500mgs a week and Deca 400mgs a week and Proviron 25mgs per day.

My nipples started to look puffy 5 days ago so I started taking Exemestane 25mgs a day.

I was sitting here on my PC reading the forums about Deca Gyno. Someone mentioned squeezing the nipple to see if liquid comes out.
Well I have just squeezed my nipple and this crap just came out! Sort of white.

Im very worried! Does Exemestane prevent Deca Gyno?
Or is the Exemestane not working yet as its only been 5 days?


I have just been into my town centre and I have purchased some Vitamin B6. They are 100mg tablets.

I read on some other forum that this can help with Prolactin. How much should I take of the B6? I heard 300mgs a day.

What about the Aromasin im taking? Will that help? It should be reaching peak blood plasma levels by now right? Its been 6 days since I started Aromasin (Exemestane) at 25mgs a day.



One last question: Will Proviron effect Exemestane? Im also taking Proviron 25mgs a day.

Maybe I should lower the Deca dosage to 275mgs a week instead of 400mgs per week. Or better still just drop it completely? Maybe bump up my Test if I drop the Deca.

I thought Aromasin would be sufficiant in stopping or reducing all estrogen related side effects.

Please help!

Cabaser/ dostinex is the only way dude. Take vitamen b6 (400mged) in the meantimne

Bromocriptine would also work but nasty sides - go for cabaser if possible

Don't panic to much bro. I had that happen before and got it under control. Aromasin is said to be hard to dose because of how potent it is. When I had it happen I used Nolvadex but that's old fashioned now supposedly. People are saying Arimidex is a little safer to use. I never used Proviron. It's an androgen and so is your test. I'd say reduce the compound with the shortest half life first but I don't know what other cycles you've been on and what is a lot for you. You don't need to up you test if you drop the Deca. It won't compensate the way you'd think because they are very different compounds.
My advise is nothing compared to some of the guys on this board. One of them should be along to give you an answer soon. If not - just PM a Mod - they'll get you going in the right direction.

I just got my Cabaser today - 0.5mg and the pyffyness has almost gone. Its good stuff

I fucked up and started my cycle without aromasin and cabaser - Ill never do that. The mental worry takes it out of you when your ill equiped for a cycle - paranoia sets in and you atart felling lumps that aint there. Always thoroughly inspect your nipple area before a cycle so that you can be sure if its gyno or paranoia...

I feel awesome now im on 10mg ed aromasin and .5mg e3d cabaser. lesson learned

Something else that helps.. especially for the "insta gyno" you have..

Yohimburn aroud the nipples twice a day.
