yesterday, i started getting ready for cycle by trying to down all the protein and cals i needed. well, 600g protein and 6000 cal later, i was about to vomit all over myself... tough as hell, and i even ate a mcdonalds meal to get some of those cals, i couldnt imagine trying to down that in clean foods.
 
A "trick" that I have used in the past is to follow every meal with a "high protein/carb chaser." Find the highest calorie, highest protein/carb drink and down it after the meal. You may be able to cut back on the solid food and drink your requirements. It is more expensive but easier to do.
