Give them 72 hours to get the FUCK OUT and when we have given bin laden a Rodeny King beat down, and wiped the terrorists from the planet, we allow them to return after a thorough rectal exam of their entire existence and can safely show they pose no threat to the US or its people.

No foreign nationals from the middle east/no islamics or muslims that are not US citizens or nationals and you have all but eliminated any future threat from that group.

No it would not be 100% fool proof, more like 90%. But if you are a legal US citizen we do have to follow the Constitution. But that does not mean we can't give you an anal probe to be sure.

The other sure fire method is for Bush to declare National martial law. The US Constitution is then suspended and all bets are off.

I am for that. Again if you are not against this Country or its people then you would have nothing to fear.

musliom states do not generally allow non-muslims to immegrate there or when they do they are beaten just like the indiginous populations of non muslims

given that the vast amount of immegrants o to muslim countries, and that there are some fairly liberal muslim states (saudi), why not bar entry to any country that refuses non-muslims immegration rights? its really not that bad, maybe even arrange the transportation for them to the country

No, but my military instincs, tell me that we must do what it takes to survive first, exist second. Material wealth has made us soft. Martial law will not give the enemy what it desires and they would not win.

What it does is allow us to forgo some paper work in order to control the enemy from within and without. You still go to work play etc. You just now have a curfew and can be arrested and detained more easily. It should however only be done for a short period of time. Enough to ensure the borders and theat is it.

I have an Uncle who works for the INS who has been telling me since he started working for them how they haven't had enough man power to do serious immigration crack downs, In his area they have dropped the round ups at work just so they can investigate the over whelming case loads they have

Some how the military needs to set up some sort of go-between with the INS and to help round up the illegals so the INS can dedicate more of it's people to investigating and finding those hidding who need to be deported. Perhaps Add the National Guard to this as part of it's new duties besides Airport Security

I personally think personal justice is far better than the Gov's b.s. system. I think everyone who can carry open or a consealed weapon permit should do so. This would clean up this country real quick.
