I am drinking about a gallon of water a day. I do eat banannas often and I stretch before and after workouts.

Any certain vitamin/supplement that I can take?

Two bananas a day and look at some running websites (runners world). They have those gadgets that help you stretch your toes that help.
 
There are leg cramp supplements in the vitamin aisle. It's the potassium that you need. =-)

yes its cramps...no swelling/redness at all but it sure is driving me nuts. Makes me wanna throw off my shoe and run around the gym. hahaha

btw...its just my left foot.
 
Just making sure there wasn't a blood clot.....not a good thing.....I wonder why your getting them there...potassium will help

200mg Anadrol/ day should be good.
