I have a question for the experts in the house!

O.K. here it goes. I am very amature, [figured I would get that out of the way]. and I have a question. I am considering a run of Winnie. I was thinking about Winnie only to drop some pounds, I have been reading several threads on here and now find myself in a bit of a quandry.

This will not be my first run. I have previously ran a omnidrin 250/d-ball cycle, however that was over a year ago. My problem is this, I found myself with a good injury that kept me from lifting or pretty much anything else for about three months. I gained about 35lbs. Sence then I have quit smoking and put on another 20. I was about 16% BF before and was well on my way to getting pretty big before the injury. I am 6'02" and was a calm 270 lbs. now well I already told you how much i have gained.....I am back in the gym, although it was tough after the weight gain, I seemed to loose my drive. I am having trouble dropping the pounds. I have read that Winnie can help alot. I have a pretty stable diet plan and do about 30 mn of cardio per day, I am just looking for a boost to help my drive. Any suggestions?

I would rather stay with Winnie due to it being mild, I dont want to get into anything too strong just yet. I will probably try for some size after cutting down, but for now I am just looking to loose some pounds. I have managed to keep my strength and size, but just covered it up so to speek. Any help or suggestions as to Dose, Length of run, How often to take, ect. would be greatly appreciated.

Ok, you've got a lot of stuff here...I'll try to tackle some of your questions and statements in no particular order...

Winny isn't mild, so get that out of your head. Basically the only 'mild' gear we have readily available are ox, primo, deca, and eq.

Gear is for gaining muscle or sparing it if you are dieting. If you are just looking for a boost, look into something like the e/c/a stack or or just take a cheat day to recharge your mental and physical batteries.

Also, you say you've recently returned to the gym, and the last time you were in the gym you were using gear as well. I'd say this is a dangerous pattern you are about to fall into which is, gear and gym go together and no gear and no gym go together.

My initial reaction is that you should stay away from the gear and get your diet down as well as your training. Don't look for gear as a crutch, but as something to catapult you to greatness after you have everything else, or to try to somewhat even up the poor genetic roll of the dice.

I think you should focus on losing bodyfat and maintaining your conditioning before you integrate the Winstrol. I would up your cardio to 45 min. per day, and consider using T3 @ 50MCG ed as well as Clen @ 120MCG eod.

Once you are spot-on with your conditioning, I'd integrate the Winstrol to meet your strength goals.

Hope this helps.

Keto diet + cardio -> no juice.

Thanks for the intell fellas. I have a small clarification to make, however, I do think I found some good advice. First, I have been back dedicated to the gym for about six months, I didn't just start back. {sorry about the misdirection} Before that I was hit and miss, I never stopped lifting, other than when I was out with the injury, I was just hit and miss. That is probably why I didn't loose any strength or size. what I meant by mild was lo androgenic. Now that yall have crushed my hopes, [just kidding by the way] what is this Keto diet, I have never heard of it. Also I have heard of T-3 but dont know where to get my hands on it. As far as clen, I never heard of it. What does it do? I am assuming that I need to contact my "source" for gear about thoes or are they otc. Sorry about sounding like an idiot here, but I need the info.

I would love to try something new, the Xenadrine, hydroxycut, and Zantrex3 sups seem to not do the trick for me any more. Well I should get going, thanks for the insight, I will check again when I get my fat azz off of the eliptical and return from the gym. Thanks again fellas.

Well I made it back from the Gym in one peace, Took the advice about the 45 mins of cardio. Dang, Division, I was thinking at the end of the 45 min that you were trying to kill me...lol But I made it. I do thank you all again for the info. Please follow up with more on the T-3 and Clen.

To adress the diet issue, I have a custom diet from a nutritionialist that sent my wife to show. It is a good diet, needless to say I am already tired of chicken and broccoli, lol. but whatever it takes. I am thuroughly discusted with myself at this point. I had come so far to see it all just go away and start to giggle. Any future help will be appreciated.

Later.

Keto diet is putting your body in a state of ketosis. If I keep my protein way up and shut down carb consumption as much as possible, I lose very little muscle mass & lots of fat. Google "ketosis diet" and you will find lots of resources. You can PM me also with specific questions.

I would stay away from T3 and Clenbuterol until you try some different dieting / cardio techniques. These compounds can be VERY dangerous.

I would do a moderately low carb diet - 100-150 carbs daily with vigorous workouts. You're way past the point of benefiting from winny.

I concur with the clean, low carb diet and plenty of exercise and rest. You should see good results from that alone...when the results stop, then its time to consider the winny.
