6 months is suggested for GH. 2iu-4iu is the lower doses......and you can experiment up from there if you got the cash till you get sides. i'd do 4iu next time around, 2iu seems a little lacking. and test is the best thing to take with it, along with some slin if you are so inclined. winny would be great too. diet, well bodyweight X12 is usually maintenence....so cutting??? drop down from there untill you see fat loss. or just use your maintanence calories, with GH and all your using you should see fat loss that route too. assuming your not bulking here.
