Ok, so I am looking for some guidance from the masters... I have a buddy, he is about 6'1 or so, maybe 155. Tiny guy... he works out on a solid basis, but just cant get any bigger, he is wanting to take a cycle and I am looking to you guys, to put something together for him. Money isnt really an issue, he just wants something will give him some size if he continues to eat a lot and workout hard... Thanks
 
Weight gain powders, meal replacement drinks, and pure protein powders are light years ahead of where they were 10 years ago, in taste and bioavailability. If he's eating five or six quality meals and throwing a few of these shakes a day in there, he will put on weight!
 
I wish I had that problem

I am 5’5” last time I checked, don’t want check again because probably 5’4” by now,

and hover at 190LBs On gear, other wise 185, been close to 200 on Russian d-bol
 
HE should be able to make gains without gear - but if he is dead set on it I would suggest nothing more than the following

Test (Enath or Cyp) 500mg / Week for 10 weeks

AIFM or some AI throughout

Nolva for PCT.
 
Here's what he needs to try before AAS.

Wake up
Eat breakfast with 100g carbs/40-50g protein
Eat more
Weight gainer shake preworkout
Workout
Weight gainer shake postworkout
SLEEP for an hour
Wake up and eat real food, slow digesting carbs
Eat again like 2 or 3 times before bed

The amount of sleep he's getting effects his growth. I am a hardgainer and I found that if I slept right after my postworkout shake my body wouldn't burn the calories off so fast. Serioulsy, he just needs to eat more, eat more often, and sleep more. He should get to 180ish AT LEAST before cycling bro...

This is basically my regimen (minus the nap... sheesh... I'm not 4 ;) ).

I'm 6'3" and when I started lifting (25 years ago, btw), I weighed in at 145 lbs. Never done gear, but I can get myself to around 190 easily (10% bf) and if I could ever get my goddamned legs developed, I could push that to 205 or so. That's actually been my goal... to push my leg development to a "genetic" limit and then try a cycle. I'm hoping to get there some time before I hit age 50 :p .

EAT and EAT more. I'll tell you something that worked for a buddy of mine who is a hardcore ecto (he had delt striations at 140 pounds and he said he had glute striations).

I don't know if this will work for you but I got the idea and he tried it out.
He would eat 4000 clean calories everyday and then once a week or so he would only eat 1000-1500 calories of mostly proteins/carbs.
My theory was since his metabolism would adjust to the higher caloric intake he would nearly starve himself with so few calories for only one day his metabolism would slow and not burn all the calories on the other days. I'm not sure if that's how it works but either way it worked for him. If I tried that I would be 300lbs in no time, lol.
 
eating might not b the problem, i have a friend whos 27 who works out everyday and eats more than ronnie coleman and won't grow, if ur friend is truely eating with proper diet and cant grow run test at 500mg for 10 weeks
