after a date or two everything actually seems to be going good, good chemistry, good conversation, she has a brain, and I start to get my hopes up of something "more" happening and then it fizzles out. Communications become sparce and going out again becomes a task.

I don't know if this happens because of lack of interest or mismatching schedules, but I obviously wouldn't think things are good if I wasn't receiving what I deem "possitive" signs. Then again, I wouldn't be the first guy to be fooled by a coniving woman. Another possibility is that they (the women) might be waiting on me and I am totally not a chaser, I let my interest be known and if they respond cool, if not I move on, but maybe it's worth to persist sometimes. Who knows, it's just been a while since i had anything meaningful with someone that I've gotten excited the last couple of times when it seemed to be happening again.

Atleast I'm getting laid semi regularly, so I guess it could be worst.
