Every time I start a diet I get a shakey sweaty and tired. I cut the shit outta my diet. I mean all of it. Im eating salads with tuna and boiled chicken. Nothing but egg whites. Brown rice. YES all those boring tastles foods. Need I say all of them. Lets see, Today I had two cups of oatmeal with 8 egg whites before work. Within an hour of work I was shaking and sweating. I couldnt work until I stuffed my face with tons of fruit. That helped for a little while. Then for my 15 min coffee break I had a chicken K bob salad with No dressing and No fetta shit. What do you know about an hour later I was starving for sugar. I was weak as fuck. Is this all happening because there arent enough callories or is it because I may need more sugars. I hope to god I dont have a problem. All I want is to eat the right things. But before I know it Im stuffing a cheese steak down my throat with an Iced Coffee. Whats wrong with me or my diet? AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHh
