I hate over-achievers and go-getters

Actually I dont even know what over-achievers is the right word, but you damn go-getters i hate.

You make all us lazy people look bad, okay boss ill do this, ill do that, even if there is no motivation or extra gain by doing it, your pathetic. The reason I dont do that is Im not broken, im not something corporate.

I hope you spend your whole life trying to make others happy while you are miserable yourself. Your the reason people expect so much out of everybody, Expect everyone to try hard and do good, We live in a world where average is not good enough.

I am personnaly going door to door confronting all of these people striking them in the face with a spiked bat and then fornicating with thier wife and or girlfriend, I suppose some of these people are females, if this is the case, please notify me prior to the confrontation and forget the spiked bat part, just get ready for some heavy petting, if you dont have a significant other then in retaliation I will burn down your house and sell your belonings on ebay. If you classify yourself in this go-getter class, then I will promptly need your address, phonenumber and date of birth, please.

By the way, I hate the smell, sound, and feel of styrofoam, its my kryptonite, please dont use it against me.
 
move to a socialist country. seriously. every fucking socialist (damn swedes) i have ever met is completely unmotivated.
 
What are we signing up for, heavy petting? If so, I'll take some. Please be prompt though as I have other obligations tonight also. Nah, nevermind you probably have those calouses on your hands from working out. But, then again, if you aren't an overachiever you probably just go to the gym for social time.

most people ARE good workers. They know their stuff (why they were hired) and can kick some butt if they want.

However...

a management principle MANY managers forget, and then further aggrevate the problem with force...is motivation.

A top manager is pulling in $120k per year. Has stocks, etc. His motivation is his job and being rewarded financially. He can buy a big home. Plus has job security. If he was making $60k a year, would he be as motivated? Probably not. Motivation is what makes him work long hours and run around the office and expect everyone to do this and that.

Now employees, once UNmotivated, is where slacking and just boredom sinks in. It's a big factor in big cporate companies where employees start feeling like a "number", and it becomes repitive work -- and job security sometimes becomes an issue.

Once someone becomes unmotivated, or doesn't like a project, or lack of money, or financial problems, or worrying about job security, or seeing everyone else making money that they're not, or lack of an excitig project ---- is when employee's skills and work ability is not used to it's 100% capability.

Seems like the motivation is gone. And thus is expressed in your distaste of people who ARE motivated (eg: managers) and seem to enjoy their job, and run around and do this and that all day and delegate on projects, tasks, etc. you can't stand.

So best is to sit down and think "what WILL motivate me?". "What is the facts that are not motivating me and is there anythign that can SPICE up my job"? New project, raises, transfer to new department, talk with your manager if he's not training your well, training and learning, starting a p/t job after work, etc. etc. etc.

Ill swing by around 7:45, wait make it a qaurter to eight, wait no 7:45 is a better time for me. Does this work for you good person or persons? yay or nay sirs?
