Just when I start thinking things are looking forward something fucked up happens.

Get this, I just got a letter that supposedly my roommate has kept telling me to clean the room and I never have and I might get into trouble for this. He has NEVER told me to clean anything and not to mention that do you guys have any idea the kinds of shit I gotta put up with him in the room. He is fucking 5'8 255lbs with a bodyfat of over 100%, all he does is fart and burp all day long and tell me how many times he farted during the day. Like that isn't enough but his hand is always in his pants and he watches porn (LOUD PORN) 24/7. Oh and like all this shit isn't enough, he actually jacked off in the room while he thought I was asleap. I think I am gonna commitee murder today.

Okay, is this an apartment or a dorm? Did you choose the roommate or was he given to you or an only option? He can only get away with what you allow him to, i.e. masterbating while you are in the same room and watching porn 24/7. You need to have a conversation with him about what is and isn't acceptable behavior in your opinion and stand by what you think is right. Worst case scenario you or he will move out of the room if it's a dorm, it's no biggie, relocating for irreconciliable differences, shit people get divorced all the time, tell your RA you don't like the fat fuck, and get a different room or look for a different roommate if it's an apartment. For God's sake, don't play oppossum while the fat man masterbates in the same room, that is common ground that must be shared by the two of you. Shit, you are gonna wake up one of these mornings and the crack of your ass is going to be spackled shut.
