anyone have a good answer to the ever so dredded leg workouts? im sure most of you know where im coming from when i say i hate working legs, so perhaps you've come up with some good ideas/routines by now to make my life
easier. lol. hard question, no "real" solid answers i doubt, but i hope to hear!!

The legs are a major part of every exercise that drives significant progress. They are the foundation of your strength and enable you to leverage and utilize it. No one would mount a powerful crane on a pallet of styrofoam and expect it not to fail - same principle. The best thing you can do is change your attitude about it. Work hard on your squat for 3 months, watch your whole body respond, and rejioce in it.

I love leg day.... always have and always will. It helps that Ive never had injuries and its my stronger body part..... I need bigger arms so Im working those now and just hitting legs once a week... nomal stuff... Full squats.(none of that half squat crap), presses, extensions, Power Cleans (for back also)....
My advice... learn to love legs and just stick with it.

I've always hated training legs. It's just one of those things you have to do though. If I wasn't working legs I probably wouldn't lift at all.

I used to hate lifting legs too, but now it's actually one of my favorite days. When you actually see the progress, you'll know what I'm talking about. Plus, it feels awesome to know that your pushing up 400 lbs. That is my goal in the next 3 months.

i have so much more variety with lower body work. most people dread it because it hurts, and not just an isolated burn but systemically HURTS. you feel sick! you're not just using your legs but your upper body is involved so much too. which is why most people avoid it. too low of a pain threshold perhaps.

i guess I just like it because it feels so productive.

Same here. I was probably 25 when I learned to embrace the squat. Now it is my favorite excersize. That is when true gains and a full overall look started happening for me. Before squats I only used to run, do some haphazard work on the leg press and extension & curl machines, but they didn't do shit.

Drop that ass in the bucket - You can't ignore legs.

Squat or go home. :)
