i HATE deadlifts

NO deadlifts for a while. I hate them.

From now on

Weighted Chins
Barbell Rows
 
I too have a love/hate relationship with them, as well as with women.
 
i hate them.. and squats.. but I do them all the time.. because I like the effects.
 
I need like 26 more posts before I leave work today..
 
nobody does deadlifts anymore, in fact, working out is overplayed too. :p

never do them with bad form. There is a certain level of stability in benchpress and squat and pullups and other shit that prevents you from using heavy weights by taking away the ability to cheat a lot. Deadlifts can be cheated on by utilizing a bad form, and thus huge weight can be moved at an expense of injury potential. Always respect the weight.

How can you do rows when you can't deadlift? :confused:

Get it sorter out properly man, we need you deadlifting again ASAP.

I'm thinking that will suit your structure!! be prepared to move some heavy weight with this stance.

You have to go into the gym with hatred. . .the barbell is nothing! Show no fear. . . try the sumo stance. . I think you will like it.
