I hate clen

Well I have taken clen for two days, and with a restricted diet, I feel like I am going to die! I cannot focus at all in school, and I have a headache all the time. Plus this cannot be good for the heart, props goes out to those who can handle, but I'll be staying away from this one from now on.
 
its ncmp...the stuff is powerful, on the second day I was taking 60mcg....I was shaking like a bastard. Today I didnt take it, and I still felt like complete garbage.
 
i gotta friend thats about to start the shit and i dont think its gonna be good and plus i think that dnp is the way to be!
 
I've heard that particular kind is fairly strong. You might want to keep it at 40mcg. Anyway, are you making sure to get 2 gallons of water and at least a gram of taurine a day? If not, that right there could be your problem. Any easy fix. Water is cheap/free and so is taurine.

A very cheap place to get taurine is Beyond-a-century.com.

Taurine is one of the most abundant amino acids in the body. I believe its 3rd or 4th IIRC. Make SURE you are drinking enough water. Clen often causes cramps when you dont drink enough water and headaches can be caused by this as well. This is similar to why a person can get a hangover after drinking a lot of alcohol, the alcohol is a diuretic and you get dehydrated and get a headache. Alcohol also leeches B Vitamins from the body.

I'd say dont waste the money you spent on the clen, but if you want to stop using thats up to you. Taurine is cheap almost everywhere, I'd say pick up a small bottle at your local Walmart and then order a bigger jar in powder form from Beyond-a-Century, their service is quick and I received my order within 5 days.

It always makes me wonder why people would do AAS if they hadnt first tried advanced meal and supplement regimens first to naturally max out their physiques. Many supplements do get a bad rap around here (and deserve it) but there are many useful supplements anyone can use.

If you want to find out what each vitamin/mineral/supplement does, there are many books that cover this. A good one is the "Sports Supplement Review" 3rd Edition written by Former EAS CEO, Bill Phillips. There is a 4th edition out that is more updated but not written by him so not written as well. Either one would be great though.
 
maybe you just jumped on at too strong of a dose gerrycurls. I would half the dose and see if it is any better. I have heard of headaches and cramps on clen but these are most likely due to inadequate water intake.

how are you splitting up the dosage?
 
alright, maybe I will give another shot, something I definately think that I was doing wrong was I am doing a keto diet at the same time, maybe this is a death combo
 
I wouldn't recommend taking clen at night it's a CNS stimulant ........you'll be depriving your body of your of one of the most anabolic things out there = SLEEP
