I think what hammer is getting at is the terrorists entered the US from canada and that is what upsets him. SInce the boarders between our countries are so lax, it was easier for them to enter canada and then come here as opposed to just comming here.

Canada is right above the USA we are north americans and your allies. Canada and USA have always been very close.

We didn't harbor those criminals...

They entered North America through Canada and then crossed the Canadian-American border. It's a lot easier then entering straight into USA for now but that will change.
