Because they are corrupt fucking pieces of shit. They are trying to charge me a holdover fee. Whatever the fuck that is? My lease was up October 15. I remembered reading that if you wanted to, you could go month to month after that, so I just stayed here. I had already paid for a full month on October 1st. What the goddamn fucking crooked sons of bitches want is for you to not read the fine print that it would take a magnifying glass to read. Apparently it was my responsibility to come to them and renew my lease or tell them I was going month to month. Since I did not do that. They are charging me a $200. fee for staying past my lease. WTF is the difference? They are still getting their rent and I'm going month to month. Goddamn crooks. I swear I want to make them pay. THey also know that I'm moving out on November 10th, and they are charging me $460 for those 10 days, when it's only $739 for the full month. I hate them, I hope they die a painful death for being crooked.

My rent is due tomorrow. I'm not going to pay that amount. How long b4 they can evict me?
 
After you move out, come back and vandalize the fuck outta the lobby.

I think it takes time to evict...but they will probably sue you.

the problem is the pounding to your
credit rating, rental reference, and
the possibility of getting a subpoena
to civil court...

And they won't get shit. I've been sued b4 years ago by an apartment complex. We moved out because my wife got pregnant. We gave them 30 days notice, but they still charged us because the lease wasn't up. Never payed them a fucking dime. I just need to know how many days b4 these pieces of shit can evict me, because I'm not paying them that amount. I'll call them after I move out and offer to pay 10 days rent if they don't give my any shit, and if they do give me shit, tough shit for them.

Not here in the great state of Texas. This a debtor's state. I won't need a rental reference, because I'm buying a house, but I see how these scumbags work, they have most people over a barrel because they need the reference.
 
i hate apts. trying to rape us when knowing good and damn well what they are doing.

hey lets start a business and rape all of our customers as much as possible with hidden fees and trash.....

when i moved out of my last apt i tried to pull my truck around the back so we wouldn't have to carry the heavy shit real far.

anyway they just got finished watering the grass and i almost got stuck tearing up that whole area behind my apts in the process.................it made me feel better too.

I'm the type that will make them pay. If everyone was like me, we wouldn't have the problems we do because it would be too costly for the crooks. If I end up having to pay them, you can be guaranteed that I'll get even and then some and I will let them know in a way that they can't do anything about it. And I will say, I hope you pieces of shit have learned a lesson.

there is 2 seperate apt complexes after my wife for a couple hundred buks and one of them was from over 2 years ago.

By harrassing her for 2 years, they are trying to send a message to all others, that they will be ruthless in coming after their money, even though they obtain it in what should be illegal ways. Don't pay the fuckers. I never do. If they call my house, I scream into the phone. Creditors only call me once. You can tell them never to call you again and by law they can't. So many people are naive that they are actually afraid of them.
