I had my first A.R.T. session today

I decided that I would try this to see if it would improve the tightness I feel in my shoulders and prevent any future problems with the tendons in that area. Today was the first session, but I do notice an improvement in my range of motion. I'll go back a couple more times to see if it continues to improve. If anyone has any acute injuries I would recommend finding a qualified chiropractor in your area and giving it a shot.
