I had an awesome breakfast this morning...

[Pineapple Devil]

5 egg whites with chopped up ham and fat free cheese with 2 pieces of wheat toast topped with peanut butter. Dang it was so good.

So did I. Skim milk, scoop of whey, dry oatmeal and 1/2 cup of frozen blueberries all blended up in a shake

not me, 2 cans of tuna 8 oz bowl of oatmeal.

I like the sound of that..but too much preperation, i just go with a couple cans of tuna and some carbs like bouncer.
