Well today was a great day. Got my bench up to my goal in just 3 months what I thaught would take 6. Added 35 lbs in 3 months without AAS. For all you oldies who forgot what it felt like to be 19 again
. Also a good lifting partner helped a TON. For the last 3 months I have been trying to decide weither or not to start AAS. I have been doing my research and thanks to guys like Indy and a few others have decided on holding off until I am little more prepared finacially, mentally, and physically. There is no need now, like I said 3 months and 35lbs is good even for being on AAS. BUT until then I am going to plan out in detail what my next cycle and deit will consist of. I have pretty much made up my mind on Sust./ TBol. If you look at my gallery pic you can tell I am not lean enough to start but am not quite sure how far off I am ( sorry for lack of detail will get more soon). Whats your guess? Stats are 19 5'8 200 lbs ?%BF. How many calories should I bring in a day? Any suggestions would be great. Thanks again for everyone that has awnseared post in the past and have contributed to my knowledge. And of course thanks to Elite for being the best in the biz.
