I got the "JUICE FLU"

I think I just caught a nasty cold....throat is killing me....aches and pains...head feels like its gonna explode........anyone still train when they get like this? I still did cardio at 5am this am.....dumb,dumb,dumb.........and I suppose to spin the PM......off day, can you tell?
 
the notrious 'test' flu isnt that severe.
sore throad, fatigure, and runny nose are mild to moderate, but tolerable.
 
i wouldnt train.

rest plenty, eat fruits and veggies, and drink a gallon of water/orange juice per day.

should be better in 3-4 days.
 
yeah--im just resting---cant even think about going to the gym---its the 3rd day now and im feeling better--maybe like 70 percent...im drinking tons of fluids and just relaxing.

eat carbs, prots, and fat..
but best if carb source is veggies/fruits and fat source is poly/monounsatrued fats.
 
I feel for you. I know it feels kind of helpless because you feel like shit, and want to get the most out of your cycle. (All that $$$$)

I only got it once from Sust (like a mother fucker), I thought I was really sick until the bros on the board informed me otherwise.

so even though im sick--i still took my second shot of prop yesterday---im feeling better but not great---im hoping to hit the gym tomorrow--ive just been pounding lowcarb leanbody shakes like crazy and eating fruit----im taking zithromax (an antibiotic) to speed up recovery--

My cycle this time around will be prop 100mg/eod weeks 1-11 and winny 50/ed weeks 4-11
