I got a little tiny bump on my delt...

I assume it's from injecting the delts so often all summer. It's real small, but it is noticeable, and you know what that means. Will it go away? is there anything I can do? Thanks.

Did it just come up or did you just notice it? Might be scar tissue. Of course if it becomes warm to the touch or reddened you need to get it checked out. Otherwise no worries.

I did the same thing in left delt.

what usually happens is with larger volumeous delt injects in exact same spot, you tend to start building a little scar tissue, its a small muscle. Once the scar tissue starts and you inject there again, your injection solution gets stuck between the skin/subQ layer and scar tissue and can not be absorbed through the muscle tissue to the blood stream. so it just sits there and creats a lump.

Just do a deep muscle tissue massage on it and it will move/disperse the injection to other parts of muscle tissue away from scared area and should absorb. push hard deep and all the way across the entire muscle area. Mine was red and hard, and I did this a few times an now its back to normal. Just take a nice long break from injecting in that area.

I have a tiny bump on my quad. It could be from SC injections. It is just 1 mm across and feels like a small hard pearl right under the skin. It does not hurt at all and has been there for a year or so. Should I cut it out or something?

Not red or anything like that. Just a little lump. Guess i'll have to deal with it.
