I got 2 problems

Well, i am new here :
I got 2 problems and i thought this is the best subforum to post it to.

1) My arms cannot be made 180degree straight. When it is unfolded, the angle might be 170 or something. I am thin. Both my arms are that way. Can someone tell me some exercises to make it straight.

2) From childhood (Im 18 now) my weight is very low. I am also very thin. I'm eating ok but my weight is just 46 (height is 5.9). Can someone tell me what i have to intepret in my diet to let me gain some weight.

Posture may play a role in this, ie. if you hunch over and don't stand up straight.

Are you a Male or Female?

46? Is that pounds or Kilograms?
 
Im a bboy. And i can split, bridge, pike and some more posture. And i dont have a diet. I usually have breakfast, lunch, dinner but low in quantity. And my weight is in my kg lol. And its my arms that are not straight, I think it require some stretches. Maybe i can sent photos. I'm very thin, u'll understand.

And i dance for around 2 hrs a day usually. B4 jams a lot more and b4 exams a lot less.

Please help

When I say diet I mean what do you eat? Do you know what your calorie intake is? As far as the kg...lol you confused the crap out of me when you went feet and inches. I think your cardio exceeds your food / calorie intake. I'll be back now I have to go figure kg to lbs... LOL
 
i know. some comical post-age right there. i wonder how old this kid is, and where he's from.
p.s my arms dont extend completely straight either. but my penis is just fine.
 
You may just have to increase your food intake to comp for how many calories you burn. This may explain why your arms don't appear to go straight out. Unless you have a defect, simple stretching, increased calories, and maybe some weight lifting may do you good.

nradam-sorry if it came across like im being a cock, its just those two threads were a little bit 'odd' to say the least, i was just bustin your chops. it sounds as if you could really benefit from sorting your diet out and and beginning a weight lifting routine. how old are you?

100lbs is really light, with all the cardio you do i imagine you have been unwittingly placing yourself in a calorific deficit, and at 18 years old, you are in the best years for growth of your life. use them!

A good Whey protein powder may help your cause. I use Muscle Milk myself, I use it as more of a suppliment for some meals, post work out within the first hour, and it's soy, I don't have to worry about blotting.

Well, i wanna gain weight. I wanna go from 46 kg to 60 kg because thats the normal weight for my height and age. I think i am not weak as i can hold a handstand for more than a minute bro. I dont mind taking time to gain weight but i really need to. And i also wanna look less slim.

I am 18 this august. And how should my diet be? I have no idea lol. I will do anything. I am not going to gym because i dont find time after school to study, play basketball, breakdance and then gym and also then i'll be REALLLLLLLLL tired. I think i need more protein right? Well, I'll look at Tatanya's thread and tell my requirements. Just tell me how i should eat for it.

Will stretching help my hand? It cant be called a defect as i can do everything with my hands a normal person can do lol. But will stretching help me get over the arm problem (it doesnt get straight)? And does anyone of you have it? Just try it and see. None of my friends are as slim as me even though they dont care about their diet. Its just me bro. I think its my nature maybe.

And i didnt post all this time cuz i was sleeping. It was night in India lol. I am from india.

And about the penis, can everyone really pull it all the way down?????? I dont find any problem asking this here lol. 44.59546 - Lean body weight (Does that mean that i only have 1.41kg fat?)

1333.261936 - BMR by lean body weight

Daily calorie requirement :
I am Very active : 1377.8*1.725= (2376.705 cal)
I wanna put on weight. So according to Tatyana - To put on weight/muscle, you need more calories than your basic daily needs so ADD about 10-20% to your total calorie daily requirements.

Therefore calorie requirement (20 % higher) - 2852.046 cal

I would try to eat as clean as possible, I would say go with the red meats but, I think that might be a problem for you. Since, red meat comes from cows. Depending on your religious beliefs. Lamb, chicken, and you may want to think about white rice. You would benifit from protein mixes in addition to whatever you are eatting now. You will need to figure out what you are taking in daily, and see how close you are to that magic number. of 2852!!! You are almost double the average required intake. I'll do a little more thinking... Take care bro.

I can eat infinite cows, you non indians. India is a country with 1600 religion and 2000 languages. And i am a muslim, and i can eat anything except pig..lol. Should i really be loading on beef?

I would eat more red meat for starters, and I would defininetly go with a protein mix, at the very least that should give you 500 calories each meal extra. If you drank a mix 3 x a day 1500 calories right there.
