Well, i am new here :
I got 2 problems and i thought this is the best subforum to post it to.
1) My arms cannot be made 180degree straight. When it is unfolded, the angle might be 170 or something. I am thin. Both my arms are that way. Can someone tell me some exercises to make it straight.
2) From childhood (Im 18 now) my weight is very low. I am also very thin. I'm eating ok but my weight is just 46 (height is 5.9). Can someone tell me what i have to intepret in my diet to let me gain some weight.
