delete it. as soon as someone sends you something like that just delete any subsequent pms/emails and put them on the ignore list.

there is nothing else you can. responding to them or even acknowledging them makes them believe they are winning or are getting to you and will invoke and increase in such occurrences. ignore it and the weirdos will find someone else to bug (or murder) like their mommy who's having sex for money in the other room (right bill?).
