training history?
before weight and bf %
did you start using all of the supps at the same time?
was it 3 weeks of m1t?

training history... hm im studying sports medicine and going to be ISSA certified in 2 weeks

low bodyfat percentage (the bf scale at the gym is fuckd up so i havnt checked in like 5 months) and its still low
no...ihave been and am always supplimenting with glutamine, cartinine, arginine (no2),bcaa's, zma off and on, creatinemethylester(i cycle it and its the f-n shit), and some other things.

nope 2 weeks @ mostly 20mg. taken in 10mg doses withen 3 hours of each other , the second being about 50 min before i go into the gym.
the reason i dont take one in the morning right when i wake up is because ive noticed that i can keep my levels high with about 2.5 grams of cartinine with breakfast.

the workouts that i do and especially when i was cycling are seriously intense. a chest workout might start with warmup, ballistic incline sets(7x4), dumbell incline wthn 1-2mrp (2-4x10), a decline variation, pull-overs, dips, pull-ups, push-ups between benches, cable crossovers, and whatever else i can think of
