started my cardio this morning, and as I stepped off the treadmill I rolled my ankle pretty damn bad. All my weight (230lbs) came down on my right ankle and I heard two loud pops. I immediatly jumped right back up(with the help of the sudden rush of adrenaline), didn't want to look like a complete asshole holding my ankle on the ground, and limped off to my truck. When I got home I iced it pretty well....I have a lot of swelling on the outside of the ankle, looks like a raquet ball is under the skin. I can still walk/limp on it, but this couldn't have happened at a worse time....I'm 4 weeks into my cycle.
