sugar free fat free pudding mix with two scoops of chocolate whey :p i can go to town on this stuff and not feel as guilty

This stuff is the shit and kills all my urges to eat full fat/sugar desserts.

I love all flavors and usually mix in some p.butter and pro powder w/ vanilla or chocolate. I use vanilla pro powder for the butter scotch flavor and pistachio.

I have also thrown in some strawberries/butter buds/cinnamon and fat free cream cheese in the vanilla to make it a strawberry cheesecake pudding. It was verygood.

Dude, have you tried experimenting with blending reduced fat silken tofu? You can flavor it with virtually ANYTHING and it is low-fat high-protein low-carbs and not calorically dense at all. Check out my Metabolism Enhancing Chocolate Peanutbutter Tofu Shake thread. You can also blend tofu with a grapefruit, orange or banana. It's best to add sweetener.

Another one to try... Mix jellow with cottage cheese, throw the jello (after it is prepared) in the blender with the cottage cheese, then let it sit in the fridge.

Check out www.PURELYFITNESS.com .

I have added some walnuts to that and it adds a great flavor and crunch. (a bit more protien and some good fats) :)

I tried adding protein to pudding once, and it didn't mix at all and came out all chunky, so I had to chuck it. It says 2c milk per package (I think...), so how does the protein mix in???

if anybody else wants to give it a try...
for less excess kcals, use one packet of fat free/no sugar added pudding mix with 4-5 scoops of protein powder, using an electric mixture with only a little bit of water (maybe less than a half cup? i usually start off with as little as possible and add a little more if needed). it will seem real thick and chunky at first, but just keep mixing. eventually, it will get smooth, but remain thick. refrigerate it for a while (~hour). then you can eat half of it mixed with some fat free cool whip. i like chocolate with the cool whip, but you could use whatever kind you like i guess. it tastes good to me. the only problem i have is that it's not real filling.

Use the Whisk Method, blenders/mixers breakdown the SF FF Puddings bonds too much. Trust me.

I get a great forearm workout from 2 Minutes of Whisking anyway.

1-2 big scoops of Pro Powder to 8-10 oz's COLD water will whisk up nice and thick with one packege of pudding.

BTW, Anyone ever notice the difference in Net Weight on the Jello SF FF pudding boxes ? the diff flavors vary in net weight?
