i do light weight training?

like HIT for example, even tho my muscles are getting a good work out, the weight is considerably lower, and i feel like im losing rather then gaining.

is it playing a trick in my mind?

anyone feel the same when trying/switching routines
 
I have to say i use to feel the oposite. heavy weight did not make me feel tight.

and light weight would give me a good pump and a felt bigger. "in the gym"

but made it past it and love my heavy weight.
 
im not referring at all to a pump feeling.

im saying the shift from the heavy weight to the lighter weight is making me 'feel' weaker. even tho im still getting a kick ass work out, ya kno

i love to lift heavy, now that im switching back to it after about 3 months goin a lil lighter, ive lost a good amount of strenght, but look over all better
