I feel like I am low on TEST...

I don't know if that is possible but here is what I have been feeling lately.

Stats:
19 years old
6'2"
205lbs.
16% bf

I have been working out off and on for 5 years but I have only been serious for the last 6 monthes.

For the last 3 monthes, I have been feeling very unmotivated and sluggish. I am not tired like I could go to sleep, but overall fatigued. My appetite is struggling heavily. Some days I have to force myself to get my 215g of protein. After a full nights rest I have no appetie whatsoever.

It's very hard for me to get pumped to go workout. I have been working out 3 days a week. My diet has been good and I have seen VERY small and minimal gains.

I am getting plenty of rest. I don't oversleep but I am getting all that I need. I am not on a cutting diet so it's not like I am tired from being carb depleted.

Even my sex drive has been really low. I feel no aggression or anything else associated with test. I have never done a cycle of steroids.

I just wanted to get a few opinions and see what you other bro's think. Would it be a good idea for me to go to a specialist and get my test levels checked? I am having blood tests done right now.

What do you guys think? Have I just hit some type of wall, or could it be do to some type of stress? I am just getting ready to go off to college. Thanks guys.
 
Have you recently come off of a cycle? Or are mid-cycle?

If not then your asking a medical question. The answer is that you need to get a full physical & bloodwork(just like your doing) and make sure to tell your doc to screen for test levels.

It could just be stress, maybe nervous about college :rolleyes:, who knows.

I came off of a cycle with clomid therapy and I have felt like a total piece of crap stuck to the road for two months now. NO and I mean NO motovation. Its terrible really. But, It may be work related since I am under a considerable amount of performance pressure.

Time will tell and a new cycle may help after i get over this funk.
 
Thanks for the reply. I have never done a cycle so I know it's not from AS. Hopefully my bloodwork will show something. But who knows, I hope that after I get settled into college, everything will go back to normal. I feel terrible right now!
 
It could be that your burned out at the moment! I felt the same way for 3 weeks then I took a week off from training. Take your mind off training and dieting and regroup. Like yourself I had no motivation and no sex drive..I felt tired towards lunch time, and didn't even attempt to eat my food intakes..Take a week off and prepare for college and start fresh there. A different pace and place could be all you done to get back into it! Good luck Bro!
 
Thanks bro, a rest is probobly what I need. Dealing with all of my college stuff is really stressfull. What do you other bro's think?
 
Sounds like you're overtrained. Take a week off, no weights, no cardio, nothing. Just be sure to eat right and get plenty of water, no late nights. After this you'll be itching to get in the gym and hit the iron. Once more you'll probably be stonger!
