I can say 200 lbs is my post knee surgery weight and it was
nice. I could go 195 without losing much lean if you want to go that far..

10 or 15 lbs.. Which is it and How long to do it BB ?

I have little willpower unless I'm pissed off or challenged not to do it..

I hear ya there bro. I got about 2 months to do as I wish, then gotta start cutting for spring break in Acapulco. Currently at 6'1" 235 lbs 13-14% bf. I hate dieting/cutting!:mad:
 
Bro, I'm up to 195 from 178 3 weeks ago. I'm on some special supplements. I'm bulking until Jan 1, at which time, I plan to cut down then take over the world. (or at least the American Classic in Birmingham, AL)

Too much work for me... and strict dieting counting etc..

I can easily for some reason cut out the sugar, bread, limit the carbs and then jack way up on the protein and cardio and lifting and it just melts off..

Not atkins, just 70 - 25 - 5 %'s
