Time to diet...and I can actaully say I am looking forward to it. Eating like shit makes me feel like shit too. Now if my injury would just heal!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Lately I've noticed the same thing. Even one bad meal will make me feel off. And the better I eat, the more sensitive I am to the bad stuff. Feeling good is enough to keep me on track most of the time.
You'll feel great as soon as your diet has been back on track for a week or so.
I've been sick and dropped a lot of weight in the past few days. I'm a freakish 118 pounds this morning which is NOT RIGHT. I'm 5'7. I'm bringing bottles of pediatric electrolyte to the office...at least I feel a smidge better this morning.
