I eat too much

What's out now that is best at supressing my appetite. All I do is eat all day. I'm not buklking,, yet. I need to lose some fat. I don't want anything harsh, just something to make me feel full.
 
You could eat a couple shit sandwiches...


Oh wait, I forgot...you don't like bread.

Seriously...i don't know off hand what would help with that...try checking out the products in the AF store...they seem to have everything you need for cutting.
 
Ya I run about 3 miles in the morning then eat out for lunch and dinner then drink all night,, repeat process

Then you really can't complain when you gain weight then...and you don't need supps.
 
here is my take. It seems that when you eat a lot of simple carbs and processed foods that you do not satisfy your hunger and are become even more hungery doing so. Slam down a couple of chicken breast and I am sure you will be full. Aslo, the best thing to control your diet is your mind bro. If you can't do it without some magic pill you will never make it in this sport. Bodybuilding is a game of discipline and patience!

true, I know what I need to do, but just like everyone I want results now!
I'm switching to low carb beer // lol
 
Dood you gotta ditch the beer every night ... that will put a gut on you faster than anything.

Yup, I'm gonna hit the T-Rex and change my diet and hope to shed about 5-10lbs of fat in the next month. I'm in great shape. I run 2-3 miles a day then about 10 miles on sunday. I just can't eat like I used to and keep the wiehgt off. I guess I'm getting old. :mix:
 
try walking it is much better for fat burning than running is and lay off the beer for sure
 
Maybe you should transfer to a different school, OU is probably not the best for your health. (see avatar) :)

SSRI is nothing to play with. Wouldn't use that shit ever. It's waaay underated, and it can make you flip out. Believe me. Try using eca or something.
