true, the peeps there aren't as friendly and outgoing as those here in the deep south; but i DID meet some very nice people after they got to know you a little bit.
i did see some of the strangeness mentioned in this thread; a product of too much of mumsie's and daddum's money and nothing to do to accupy themselves.
the nicest people i have met so far are in tennessee!!!!!!!

Good to see that you observed the truth. There are a lot of situations on the island that portray mommy and daddy's $. Good to see that some people were friendly. Sometimes we aren't the most friendly. I have heard great things about the Tennessee peoples. My little bro lived in Johnson City last year and said nice things about the people. Not just in Johson City but in a bunch of other places in-state.
