i don't know what to do

Shit. Are you a guy or girl? With the stats you gave in your original post I assumed you were female, along with the fact you said you wanted to LOOSE weight. My girl is an inch taller and the about the same weight, but not fat, thus my comments & suggestions.

If you're a female then all recommendations stand, but if you're a guy then sure as shit you need to gain some mass!!!!

Now, I'm not so sure anymore, but guy or girl at 5'8", 120lb you still need to put on some weight...

120lb is seriously skinny for a 5'8", you need to put on some meat! I'm 5'6" and about 147lb at about 8% BF, and I am skinny!

I am 180-183 at 5'8 and have my top abs showing, even though I got about 15% bodyfat. Genetics and ab training is what you need!
