Sometimes it's easier to just make up a plot. I think plats should get a weekly newletter letting us know what we missed.

Though even when I'm around I intentionally miss a lot of the drama stuff. Sometimes you see a thread and think "wow, I'll kill brain cells reading anything in there". Then I hop offline and play with sidewalk chalk in the parking lot of my office.
