I did my first shot today!

I did my first shot today (Ttokkyo EQ)! I have a friend (with privleges) who is a nurse so she cam over and talked me through it. I just pinched the muscle in my leg and stuck it fast and hard like a dart I had no pain and no problems. Thanks for all your help.
