There is no need for that. Even if he is joining for whatever cause (noble or ignoble), he is serving his country. I feel that everyone who does serve their country (or even their community) in some fashion or form deserves a place of honor. Cowardice aside, we all have a duty to each other in some form assuming that we care about our fellow man or citizen.

People who went viking from the northlands weren't on shrooms. Actually they weren't on anything as beserkers (beserkers are more myth though)....they were just crazy spear and sword danes.

I think the Somali's did have some plant or drug from a plant native to them that would make them wild and crazy though.

Bro, be a marine if your gonna go infantry, they get a lot more respect. Unless your gonna go for airborne infantry.
