I cut my thumb while opening ampule...can you suggest

I use a highlighter cap that sligtly wider than the amp. Works like a charm, always breaks on the white ring around the top of amp. Havn't lost a amp yet.

A proper size pen/marker cap would do the job (and a regular thin file, if necessary), and probably can save 10 bucks
