I couldn't tak my D-bol yesterday please help!!!

Ok bro's yesterday I couldn't take my D-bol. I'm doing
30mg's a day. in at two weeks.Now I did some reaserch
and couldn't find any thing about this. Is this going to
effect my cycle and should I double up today?
What should I do help please!!!

Skipping a day is not going to affect you and you do not need to double up. In fact skipping a day or two a week could be beneficial. I have taken cycles where I have taken d's or adrols on a two on one off schedule and it has worked well.

Thank's bro's, As this is my first cycle I was a little worried. WHEAM, I could not take them because i'm
staying w\ my girl friend and she called in work
she always leaves befor me. I was hopeing she would be gone when I got out but she was not. I think this
