2 mondays ago i got in a motorcycle accident. today i went to the gym to play with the weights come to find out i cant lift jack shit, not even light light weights w/out pain so im not going back for a few weeks. im loosing too much mass wtf can i do? diet? at least i can diet so what do you guys think i should do
