I can't stand dealing with attorneys.

Now that my daughter is 13 and is staying with me full time, I need to get child support. All she has to do is sign a form stating who she prefers to live with. But these attorneys are going to milk it for all it's worth. Still gonna cost me an arm and a leg it appears just to file the paperwork.

Can't you sue her for frivolous procedures and bad faith ? Or better yet, do you know something on her "special", I mean something you could rat on her (IRS material for example) ?

Ahh. I could never kill her, although in some cultures I would have the right to. Maybe a lightning bolt will hit her.
