BG -- I use Paintshop pro... I just change the pixel size down to under 100x100 -- it usually does it for me. Is that how you are changing it?

Save it as a JPG, not BMP if thats the case. Hit FILE > PROPERTIES to view the width and height. Or use Kodak Imagine and stop using Paint, I think that program first showed up in Win 3.1, maybe even the buggy 3.0

yup!Except I use photoshop and just edit the image size to 100x100 pixels.
