I cant get my damn arms to grow!!

I know this is better suited for the bodybuilding forum but I know all you guys better in here. I cant get my damn arms to grow like I want them to. Should I do sets of 5 instead of eight? Im also designating one night of the week just for arm night. What can I do to get these guns blazing.
 
your training your entire body with heavy compound movements right ??
 
then you aren't eating enough...

it's that simple..

shocking the muscle to grow, then when you rest your body has nothing the muscle needs to grow, so it's just sore..

pwo=protein/dex
ppwo=protein/carbs green veggies string beans


they will grow.. oh, and rest.. lost of rest..

when on cycle, i some times work out my arms 2 days in a row. they've grown 2 inches so far and im in my 11th week of test prop/npp/winstrol
 
Yeah I do squats, stiff legged deadlifts, standing barbell curls, bench press, and military press. I do this:

Mon Chest Tris abs
Tues Shoulders Forearms Cardio
Wed Back Bis abs
Thurs Legs Forearms Cardio
Fri Free day all compound movements mostly
Sat ( Will do arms only )
Sun OFF
 
Maybe im not eating enough. Im going to start stuffing my face with more chicken breasts eggs and steak and see how it goes.

Try incorportateing this routine

pull ups 4 sets till failure
barbell curls 4 sets 8-12 reps
DB hammer curls 3 sets 6-8 reps
preacher curls 4 sets 10-12 reps
 
I will do that on Saturday Paradox. I need to do more pullups. I do some but not on regular basis. I also do not do hammer curls or preacher curls will do those on Saturday as well. This is my cycle:

1-15 Test E 1000mg ew
1-15 2 sprays AIFM 50mg Proviron ed
5-15 Tren E 400mg ew
4K cals ed and pct is good to go.

Would you guys train 6 days a week on this cycle? Am I overtraining? Im thinking with the amount of gear and cals Im taking I should be ok.

heavy hammer curls are really going to beef up the outer bicep. Good luck
 
Get an arm blaster. One of the best things I've come across in awhile. I could tell a difference in my arms after using it twice. Not just size, but a more favorable shape.
