it's a package of high temp wire that I ordered. It was on my kitchen counter the last I saw or remember it. I MUST have put it away, but it's not in my studio and it's not in my kitchen.

where is it? this is annoying the shit out of me. I can picture it and I get the feeling it's in my kitchen still, but not in a normal place. maybe on top of the fridge. i'll look there next.

what's annoying me is that it's not in the spot it's supposed to be, or even the secondary places and I usually put things away. I need a friggin' foot of it, and I don't think lowes sells it, so i have to order it on line. I wanted it TONIGHT.

plus, if i didn't put it away, it means someone else did. and now i'll NEVER get it.

i did find something curious last night though. I have a couple of empty cabinets in my kitchen that are in an unusual spot. I opened one and found a couple of magazines, some luggage tags, and a package of batteries. someone cleaned up the kitchen and shoved whatever was out in that cabinet. I'm going to look further.

I'd check the junk drawer. WE all have junk drawers! I often throw crap in my junk drawer, 'specially if guests are coming over, then tear the hosue apart looking for it two weeks later. My junk drawer is like Christmas morning 99.9% of the time.

Trash can? I've thrown stuff out before on accident while thinking about ten thousand things all at once. Worth a try.
